I have been on pills for seven days and had sex on the sevenh day but still took my pill do i need an emergency contraceptive?

RTFM!!!!!: Depends on the pill. Read the package insert or look up that brand on the net. If you try to get a general idea, the answers are all over the place: 2 days, 2 weeks, two months, one month, 6 weeks, blah blah blah. If you don't have the insert, if you don't have a computer, if you don't have a friend to research it for you, then wait until one full cycle of the pills. That's a fairly good estimate.
