I took an emergency contraceptive pill (postinor 1) and had sex about an hour later. is there a possibility the pill didn't work?,could i still get pregnant?. please i need answers, thanks?

Emergency contraception like "Postinor 1" are essentially birth control pills, and are NOT 100% protective against pregnancy. If your period is delayed, wait until it is over 7 days "late" and obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
