No: HIV can only be transmitted by blood or body fluids so if you did not have exposure to someone else's blood or bodily fluids you will not get HIV.

No: You cannot get HIV from hitting your toe on a door hinge. HIV is contracted through sexual contact with someone whom is HIV positive or through blood contact either by shared needles or blood transfusion from someone who is HIV positive.
