No: Hydrogen peroxide in the ear canals may be effective for wax removal, however has nothing to do with a cold or sinus infection. The ear drum (tympanic membrane) separates the ear canal from the middle ear and eustachian tube, unless there is a hole in the ear drum. Remember, you can "spray the front window of the house with a hose, the people in the living room won't get wet."
