Anything, or...: not much. Pregnant? Meds or BCP? Got pain with the urge to vomit? Do you actually vomit? What comes up? How long after eating? Menstrual cycle? Fever? Can be related to gut issues, like inflammation or ulcers of stomach or duodenum; intestinal issues, enlargement or problems with liver, lymph nodes, endocrine (gland issues); sinus, inner ear, or central nervous system issues; other. ? GERD: Could be gastroesophogeal reflux.Try to eating smaller meals. Avoid caffeine, spicy/acidic foods, alcohol, & cigarette smoking. Wear loose fitting clothing & lose weight if you are overweight. Medications like Nexium (esomeprazole) or Previcid might help. I'd discuss it with your physician.

Gastroparesis?: Gastroparesis is delayed emptying of stomach. This is sometimes acquired after presumed viral infection or can be related to diabetes mellitus. Some other neurologic diseases such as dystrophy and cerebral palsy. I do not know definite association with sickle cell disase. Nuclear medicine gastric emptying test can confirm emptying problem. Should see physician if persists for evaluation.
