See MD for exam: Can't tell here. Could be from muscle strain, constipation, or… more serious issues including intestinal blockage, passing a ureteral stone, prostate inflammation or infection, diverticulitis, appendicitis (yeah, I know it is on right side, not left) tumor (unlikely in a 26 year old), testicular issues, lymph node problems; other. See MD soon. See MD ASAP if fever, bleed ,nausea, vomit, etc
