Depends: Gemifloxacin, or fluoroquinolone derivative antibiotics it's effective treating gonorrhea, however, not necessarily effective treating chlamydia or Trichomonas. Depending on the type of sexually-transmitted disease(s) that you have, you may require additional antibiotics.
