Yes, as directed: It should be fine - but if you use the Multi-Symptom type there is a chance for increased drowsiness due to an ingredient (pyrilamine). If you experience it - try another type of Pamprin. Also read up on exercise, nutrition and other suggestions for cramps to help. Therapy to learn stress/anxiety management skills may help too.
