Constipation: The constipation is caused by narcotic pain medicine around the time of surgery. Walking, stool softeners, and laxatives can help with bowel movements. After brain surgery headaches are common and can be made worse with constipation. The headaches should resolve over the next two weeks. Try to increase activity and avoid bending/stooping (housework) for the first month.

Laparoscopy: Passing gas after laparoscopy is normal and a delay in bowel movement is also possible. I would use milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) to have a BM if you havent had one in 6 days and also put a call into your surgeon. The headache probably is unrelated.
