Prolactin: This can be galactorrhea. It is caused by an increase in prolactin and can be a symptom of thyroid disease or, much less often,a pituitary tumor. See your doctor and get it checked out.

Breast discharge: Galactorrhea or milk production, is often caused by a high prolactin level or a testosterone deficiency. The thick white tissue debris comes out first. Because there is a 1% chance of breast cancer in males, your physician may also recommend a mammogram, MRI, or U/S to rule that out.
