Unsure of question: If you are asking about taking plan b and already have a positive pregnancy test it is too late. If you took plan b after unprotected intercourse last month some irregular bleeding is to be expected. Either way your local health department is a great resource for help if you are uninsured.

Need more info: Your symptoms are significant. You should be seen ASAP buy a OB/GYN. Your options are to go to the hospital ER, or find a free clinic. If you call your local medical society they can recommend where to go. If you are working does your employer offer health insurance? Find out, if you are not employed, see if you qualify for Obama care (the Affordable Health Care Act) law for health insurance.
