Is odd speech always present in schizophrenia?

Schizophrenia+speech: Sc diagnosis requires "gross disorganization of speech or behavior, " so it is common to see abnormal speech content [due to the thinking disorder] and style, due to odd emotional tone and poor social skills. Involves hallucinations often, paranoid delusions="fixed false beliefs" the patient does not reality test. It often effects a downward work+social spiral+ loss of interpersonal function.
