Probably ok: The is no "number" that is an agreed upon "too much". There are many men who masturbate daily. It's a problem if you are too rough & injure yourself, you have problems coming coming to climax with a partner, you can't stop thinking about, or, as with any addiction, you've tried to cut back but can't seem to. Too much masturbation can also deplete your sperm count. Treat like other addictions!

No harm masturbating: There has never been any physical ill effects from masturbation and it is very normal. Studies have found that men and women both masturbate almost from infancy. "Night fall" or wet dreams is also very common in young men and does not herald any physical problems. I personally don't know of any connection at all between the two either. Good luck :)

No it is not harmful: It is common among young males unless they are sexually very active.

OK for age 23...: Masturbating 2-3 times nearly equals to 2-3 sexual intercourses weekly. It's okay to do so as long as you have been capable to handle personal and occupational chores and tasks successfully to capture the sense of comfort and control of life and rake in what you like, love, want, & need for daily living.

It's good for you: You are referring to nocturnal emissions. These are healthy and you are supposed to enjoy them. Anyone who tells you otherwise is simply wrong and may be trying to manipulate you. You have a wonderful new adult body that can make You and someone you love very happy. Yu should treasure it. Talk with a few sensible adult men -- maybe even Dad.
