No: Standard electrolyte panel includes sodium, potassium, bicarbonate, (sodium bicarbonate) and chloride. You need to specifically request calcium. Should also check magnesium since low Mg can cause symptoms and is relatively common. If there is any suggestion of low calcium, the ionized calcium should be measured. If Mg is borderline, a trial of Mg replacement is safe and warranted.
