It could: As anorexia can be broken down into several types: Binge-eating–purging type(which your behavior falls under) or restrictive type. There are other criteria too, but you really should seek help, as your BMI places you dangerously low and at real risk for concerning lack of weight related complications.

YES - GET HELP!: You meet criteria for Anorexia/Bulimia and you are at risk for a multitude of Medical Complications that could seriously affect your health. You need to see your Primary Care Physician, talk to your Parents, and would likely benefit from a hospitalization/enrollment in an Eating Disorders Program. Do NOT wait or hide your problem anymore! You can get help and feel better.
