Do any one know how long it takes to get used to 30-40 compression panty hose? i just got them today so uncomfortable my doctor wants me to wear them

If your problem is more for swelling without the other maladies, consider 20-30 mm Hg, below knee. Should discomfort persist after trying 1-2 weeks, talk with your doctor.
