It is possible: You did not indicate if your menstrual cycles are regular. I have had patients with regular cycles and short menses (lasting 2 to 3 days) that had no difficulty getting pregnant. I have had other patients with short menses that turned out not to be ovulating. If you have been trying to get pregnant and have been unsuccessful, have your GYN confirm ovulation.
