I doubt it.: Your husband may have a syndrome called sertoli only syndrome. The sertoli cells are in the testicles and are the germ cells for sperm. The rest of the cells needed for sperm maturation are not there. Other problems can also lead to azospermia so check with a good endocrinolofist

Multiple options: It depends on if his azoospermia(lack of sperm) is related to a hormonal signaling problem from the brain, in which something like clomid (clomiphene) make help. If it's a primary problem with the testicle producing sperm then sometimes a small amount of sperm can be surgically extracted directly from the testicle. Sometimes sperm gets caught in the tubing and the tubing can be opened or sperm taken from it.
