Saline nasal spray : Most OTC cold medications do little to help a cold. Saline nasal spray could be helpful for congestion. If you have a headache or aches and pains you can use Acetaminophen.

Benadryl, (diphenhydramine)vit c: Don;t take decongestants--sudafed etc.Benadryl 1-2 times a day,Vit c and tylenol (acetaminophen) if having headaches and bodyaches would be fine.
