Unprotected sex: If you are sexually active you can get pregnant. Spotting in early pregnancy is pretty common. Get a home pregnancy test and check it out.

No.: Stopping of the spotting could be coincidence with unprotected sex. It does not mean that you are pregnant. You need a pregnancy test if you miss your period to find out. On the other hand spotting could be due to a friable cervix or hormonal fluctuations. See your Gyn to get checked.
