Yes: Ejaculate and the secretions before it may carry small to large amounts of sperm that can lead to pregnancy. It is important to have protected sex and/or follow safe sexual practices if you do not wish to get pregnant.

Here are some ...: Ovulation usually occurs some 14 says before period and the sperms may survive 3-5 days after ejaculation. With these in mind, you can deduce the likelihood to conceive. So, 3 days before fertile period may pose some risk for getting pregnancy. Yet, the regularity of menstrual cycle could not be as precise as it's supposed to be and as wished. In fact, you have a big room to improve your safe sex.
