No late feeds: Try not to feed late. Many foods can lead to reflux and cause such pain. Ideally dinner should be 2-3 hours before bedtime. Summers are tricky since kids tend to stay up late and eat late. naturally caloric/fatty foods should be avoided. Consider an OTC antacid. Evaluate if needed by consulting your pediatrician. There are many other causes for such pain, including bloating, food intolerance, etc.
