Trial of..: Sometimes after a viral stomach bug your gut flora gets thrown out of whack and we just need to rebalance it with something like Align or florastor which are now over the counter. If blood in stool or persistent fevers, see an MD, but otherwise should resolve with "probiotic" within a week.
