Yes: Even one positive pregnancy test means you are pregnant. You have reconfirmed that now several times. You are certainly pregnant and should be making arrangements with your doctor to begin prenatal care. About 8 to 10 weeks is a good time for the first prenatal / pregnancy confirmation visit.
