Multiple: It could be infection, cysts, kidney stones, vascular causes, blockage leading to fluid overload, internal bleeding, tumors, trauma, and the list goes on. If you are concerned, see a doctor ASAP, especially if you also have fever, blood or painful urination, or you are unable to pass urine.
