Pulse pressure: Pulse pressure can be a sign of vascular or valvular issues. It is also a predictor of cardiac disease in older patients. In the absence of hypertension it is not really helpful in the younger population. I agree with your doc. If there is no significant valvular issue I would not worry about it.
