Pregnancy and OCPs: Theoretically, if you have not missed any pills and taken them as directed you should be fine. The purpose of OCPs is to prevent pregnancy in the scenario you describe. There are other concerns, however. Is there a reason you are not using condoms to protect yourself from STDs? In your age group the incidence of sexually transmitted disease is very high. Be smart. Protect yourself.
