Doubtful: Any sexually active woman could be pregnant, but pregnancy does not generally cause any stomach or abdominal soreness. Mild abdominal tenderness may be muscular or from an innocuous thing like gas or constipation. More severe or persistent tenderness, especially with fever or vomiting, should be evaluated by a doctor.
