It is possible: Saliva can damage condom integrity; too, teeth can cause breaks in the condom. A good idea might be to switch out condoms prior to vaginal sex...just to be sure

Of Course..: A sharp edge of a tooth or filling can damage the integrity of the latex.. it happens to the gloves we wear. Can't say what happened in your situation.

Risky sex: It is unlikely that you broke the condom during oral sex, but certainly not impossible. If you want to be safe, change condom before vaginal penetration.
