Ralph881: Believe it or not, home pregnancy tests are positive at very low HCG levels in the first 2-3 weeks of pregnancy and sometimes even earlier. The key is performing the test on the first urine after a night's sleep so it is concentrated and not dilute and performing the test exactly as instructed
