Probably not: A pregnancy test will usually be positive around the time of a missed period, and will always be positive 2 weeks after a missed period. There's a small chance that you ovulated late and got pregnant 2 within the last 2 weeks, but it's not likely. Probably you haven't ovulated since your last period.

Very unlikely: If you have had a negative blood pregnancy test then you can definitely be sure you are not pregnant.

Beta HCG: You need to have a blood serum pregnancy test done. This will give you a definite result.

Pregnancy: If you had unprotected sex and missed your period, you may be pregnant, but stress, fatigue and chronic illnesses can cause irregular periods as well. Get a pregnancy blood test- highest accuracy vs over the counter tests, which generally are very accurate.
