High risk..: This is certainly a high risk situation but many pregnancies have been carried successfully with fibroids present. The most important thing is to follow up closely with your OB provider and make sure that you monitor any abnormal symptoms or vaginal bleeding if it happens.

Talk to your: OB about it. Whether or not the fibroid is significant depends on its size and location.
