Complete Testing: The symptoms are not as concerning as the fact that you are not comfortable with the results of your testing. Go get an evaluation and complete testing to be sure. The fever and rash are probably unrelated.

You are HIV Negative: You are HIV negative and need no further testing unless you cannot believe it and want to repeat one more test. You do not have a fever. A rash is a non-descriobptive symptom that could have over a hundred thousand different causes. If the rash persists a physician should examine you.
