Many possible..: You can get basically any of the most common STDs in your oral/throat area especially if you have any sores or cuts in it. If suspicious for HIV I definitely recommend evaluation in 6wks-3 months. I would also check for others if you get symptoms( new sores, pain swallowing, pus).
