Not sure: One can get a fungal infection in the rectal area if you are an individual that is active and involved in sports. If you sweat a lot it is not uncommon and does not have to do if you are very hygienic as you say. If you are having rectal intercourse this might be one reason. The other thing that comes to mind is if you are a diabetic this might occur. If this continues see your doctor.
