Serious, danger: Serious from a vision perspective since you are considered legally blind. Of importance is why did this happen. Ocular conditions such as glaucoma tend to progress and need treatment and family screening. Brain conditions like pituitary tumors may need surgery. The cause needs treatment. The current condition needs treatment. See an eye physician and a pcp.
