Not a good idea: Smoking cannabis is at least as harmful to your lungs as smoking cigarettes - actually, it is worse because there is no filter. The smoke irritates your airways and can lead to long term damage to your airways and your lungs. if you now have bronchitis, smoking anything isn't advisable, it will irritate airways that are are already inflamed
