Depends...: It all depends on how big the ganglion was, how complicated the procedure was, if you developed an infection after procedure. It may take weeks to feel better especially if you have been active a lot and putting too much weight on it. Scar tissue can also cause pain and discomfort. However, if pain is severe make sure you get checked in order to make sure the area is not infected.
