Terrible Secret: One of the most terrible secrets women keep from each other is that many women do not orgasm during intercourse unless there is clitoral stimulation during the event. Many women teach their partners to spend time attending to this clitoris during intercourse or add this themselves so that their participation in the event is mutually beneficial. Penetration alone often does not simulate the spot.
