Specifically, taking testosterone will suppress sperm production due to no biofeedback to induce the secretion of follicular stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). Besides, some chemotherapeutic agents may suppress sperm production also. Otherwise, the commonly used drugs would not affect sperm production.
