Doubtful: The Nuvaring is typically inserted as far up as you can get it, as close to the cervix as possible. So, unless your partner has an incredibly long and "acrobatic" tongue, I doubt he/she will be able to feel it. Never say never, of course, but I think it's doubtful. Good luck.
