Need tests: could be all because of stress but I would at least do a pregnancy test and more testing if symptoms remain

Probably stress: Pregnancy is possibly the cause of these symptoms but it is likely that the stress of the up coming exam. If the symptoms persist after the exam, you definitely need to do a pregnancy test. Either way you need to be on a reliable method of contraception and using condoms to decrease the risk of sexually transmitted diseases.

Sex.?pregnancy: Assuming your cycles are regular and average length - meaning you bleed for 5 days and ovulate on day 14-15 it would be unlikely that you are pregnant I suspect your symptoms are stress related due to the exam. HOWEVER - unprotected sex can lead to pregnancy. Unless you are on the pill - condoms are your best alternative. You could always check a home pregnancy test if you want.
