See below: I believe you mean rheumatoid nodule? If so, they are soft tissue nodules caused by the same autoimmune reactions that cause rheumatoid arthritis. They are not dangerous in and of themselves, but if you have rheumatoid arthritis, make sure you are getting treated. Hope this helps!
