I uses nuvaring the 1st day of my menstrual cycle which was july 20th left in for 10days, then took out. period is late, is this normal?

Confusing: If you put the nuvaring in on July 20th, then took it out early on July 30th, you still would just this week be due for your next period. Since the nuvaring contains hormones, your cycle may be thrown off. If you are having sex, you should be using condoms and/or another form of birth control.
