What will happen if my 9 years old son missed his 2nd shot of hpv vaccine?

Has time to finish: Although there's a set schedule to complete the series, as long as the three shots are administered within a year, your son will have immunity. So, try to finish it within one year. It's a great vaccine.

Looses benefit: This is a vaccine that can benefit the kid long term if he gets the complete series. He doesn't have to start over, but he should receive the 2nd dose soon. It is a pricey shot & chance at immunity to waste.
