See details: Most infertile woman still have periods. There is more to fertility than ovulation so strips will not tell you that you are fertile. They detect the LH surge which can suggest that ovulation is going to happen. This may sound obvious, but the only way to know if you are fertile is if you get pregnant. If you are having difficulty, see a fertility specialist.
