Call MD: Maybe he didn't notice it or it wasn't 't there at the time . I'd call and discuss it with her pediatrician. Will most likely need to be seen by a pediatric ophthalmologist and possibly a neurologist. Usually it's of no concern, but other more serious conditions need to be ruled out.

Have Doctor Re-Check: Anisocoria is unequal pupils. A 0.5mm difference in size can be seen in 20% of normal people. If your baby has a normal red reflex, pupils react normally to light, & other findings are normal then no further action is needed. However Anisocoria can occur with neurologic disorders, inflammation, trauma, & more. Do discuss your concern with your doctor. A quick re-check will alleviate your fears.
