What is the range and pattern of pel-ebstein fever?

This is moot: This is by definition seen in Hodgkin's. Since the disease is usually very treatable nowadays, whether "Pel Ebstein" is "spikes once a week" or "spikes once every two weeks" or whatever is basically now medical history.

Varies a lot: Even though ever cancer can be associated with cancer (often due to cancer indirectly causing an infection) only Hodgkin's Lymphoma is given this named fever (arbitrary). It is due to the cancerous lymph nodes putting out fever hormones.Typically 39C for a few days, then gone for a few, back and forth http://www.amjmed.com/article/S0002-9343%2810%2900256-1/fulltext
