I hurt my head on saturday, but it hurts alittle but no bump, and my neck kinda hurts too. what should i do? am i worrying to much?

Other symptoms?: If it was a hard hit and you felt dizzy, confused, nauseous, or had a headache afterwards, then you should see a doctor ASAP. If you have fever, severe neck pain, confusion or severe headache, then go to the ER immediately. If not a hard hit and none of those symptoms, use ice or head and pain meds as needed. If no change, then seek medical treatment.
