Yes: Young women can actually experience chest pain from mitral valve prolapse a benign pro lapsing of one of the leaflets of the valve . An echo(ultrasound of your heart) can give you an answer. At your age true heart disease would be highly unlikely . Other reasons could skeletal,or GI in nature
